Donate while you Walk with ResQWalk App

Each week the ResQwalk (App available at App Store or Google Play) announces a donation pool (e.g. $2,500) and in order for Baby Bobby's Meow House & Rescue to receive donations from the pool, you need to simply need to check-in to the app whenever you go for a walk!  Each walker's distance is recorded in the user profile and added to the rescue's weekly sum. At the end of the week donations are paid out to the rescues proportionally to the total distance walked.

At the end of every walk, the user is offered a reward that, when redeemed, helps fund future donation pools.  Users can view their walk history, including both time and distance traveled, and see the rescues they've supported along the way.  Leaderboards show how your favorite rescues and shelters are stacking up against the competition each week.
